The chef Luis Santibañez, carried out his gastronomy studies at the Anáhuac University with Le Cordon Bleu accreditation, developing his career with more than 8 years of experience in different hotels and banquets. His cuisine stands out for honoring in each dish the roots of Oaxaca city, the place where he was born.
The Chef defines the endemic restaurant as “comfort food” with a mixture of typical Oaxacan recipes made with high-quality ingredients, respecting the traditional Oaxacan cuisine origins that preserve the well-known flavors.
